Housing Authority provides its permanent full time employees with a complete benefits package which includes:

Health insurance –
CoPay health insurance premiums are paid at 100 percent for the employee. Additional coverage for family members can also be purchased. The Housing Authority pays 75% of dependent’s premium.

Dental Insurance –
DHMO dental insurance premium are paid at 100% for the employee. PPO plans are also available for an additional monthly fee.

Retirement Package –
One year from date of hire. The housing authority contributes 10 percent of the employee’s gross income towards the retirement plan.

Merit Increase-
One Year from Date of Hire. Employees are eligible for a merit increase based on annual performance evaluation.

Life Insurance –
The Housing Authority provides coverage for the employee.
